Accessibility statement

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Practically, this site should work when navigated entirely by keyboard with a visible focus indicator; work with a screen reader, using proper headings, landmarks and labels; allow text to be resized to 200% without loss of content or function; maintain readable colour contrast; respect your “reduce motion” setting; work on a phone as well as a desktop; and offer a skip-to-content link.

Known limitations

We are not claiming full conformance. We are aware that:

• Floor plans and EPC graphs come from third-party suppliers as images and are not readable by a screen reader. Call us and we will read the information to you or send it in another format.
• Older property photographs migrated from our previous website may have generic alternative text.
• PDF documents we link to may not all be tagged for accessibility.

We fix issues as we find them, and we would rather hear about a problem than not.

Getting information in another format

Viewings and our office

If you have access requirements for a viewing — step-free access, extra time, a quiet appointment, bringing a support worker or assistance dog — tell us when you book and we will arrange it. Where a property itself is not accessible we will tell you before you travel rather than let you find out on arrival. If you need particular arrangements to visit our office, call ahead and we will make them, including meeting you elsewhere if that is easier.

Reasonable adjustments

We have duties under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments for disabled clients. If something about the way we work is a barrier for you, tell us and we will change how we do it.
