Two Ways to Sell With Kerrigans Property
We offer two sales packages, and the difference is simply how much of the work you would like us to do.
Hybrid is £750 + VAT — £900 — paid upfront. Your property stays marketed until it sells; you carry out your own viewings and receive your own offers. It suits someone who has bought and sold before, is happy showing people round and knows what their house is worth.
Traditional is £1,500 + VAT — £1,800 — paid only on completion, so nothing is due while your home is on the market. We handle the viewings, receive and qualify the offers, instruct your solicitor and chase the chain through to completion. Traditional is the one where we do the work.
Letting is priced differently, as a percentage of the rent — see our landlord fees. Every charge we make is set out in our fees, redress and insurance schedule (PDF).
